Kindred Social Co is a new but fast-growing Social Media Agency. We are dedicated to helping product-based businesses navigate the world of social media marketing. We work mostly within the skincare, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industries.
You will be an integral part of the business working closely with the agency Director. You will receive full training in social media strategy, social media management, and content creation.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with the company.
This is a paid position where we can currently offer 5-10 hours per week on a casual/freelance contract. The hours and days are flexible and there is room to grow these hours to a permanent part-time or full-time position.
What you’ll be doing;
- Creating content for our social media clients (Reels, TikToks, Graphics, and more)
- Writing captions for our client’s social media posts
- Scheduling posts through scheduling platforms
- Assisting in analyzing data and writing reports
- Assisting in creating Social Media Strategies
Requirements;
- You will ideally be studying or recently graduated with a relevant degree in Social Media, Marketing, Business, or Communication.
- You have a keen interest in social media marketing and are willing to learn.
- You take pride in the work you do and have a strong attention to detail which means you will read to the very end of this application.
- You have a good eye for content and styling and are up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
- You know how to use Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Bonus Requirements (You will be trained on all of these so don’t stress if you don’t have them);
- You have experience with creating and editing video content.
- You have photography and image editing skills.
- You have previously used any of the following: Canva, Lightroom, Photoshop, Later, Sked Social, or Meta Business Suite.
