Lucy Romero also has created Latinos In Business US.

As a Latina myself, I want to see more Latinos achieving great things. I created a space where people can find the tools they need to achieve what they want.

What’s our main goal?

Connect the Latino community and work together for a better future.

Why did I create Latinos In Business US(LBU)?

I’m from Las Vegas, NV, and most people in this beautiful city are hustlers and hard workers. The town provides many things, and that includes networking events, where you can meet different types of people. I love meeting people who are like-minded and want to invest in their future, so I’m usually going to many real estate and entrepreneurship events. In these events, I get to meet incredible people, but not many are Latinos; I didn’t mind it at first, but I always felt like I wanted to meet more Latinos in business so we can embrace our cultures.

After I moved back to Vegas I made a networking event out of LBU, because I want to reach more people in my community.
