What makes your product and service special?

Neil:

Well, we are delighted to be here at the show showcasing Iris Clarity, our real time bidirectional noise cancellation tool. This is a tool that we’ve developed using AI to basically remove background noise from contact center conversations.

The unique part is it’s doing it from both sides of the conversation.

So your customers background noise and your agents background noise.

So even though the agent typically can wear great headphones and obviously we put some, you know, put soundproofing and so on in their contact center, you can’t control where your agents are going to make the call from.

And if they’re in a train station or an airport then that noise is going to filter through. We take all that away.

So all the agent and the customer would hear is the spoken conversation just like I’m talking to you now. 

Wish Foundation, a great charity that we support, their fundraising, making outbound phone calls.

And they’re only able to do that here in this noisy conference center that currently, according to my Apple Watch, is about 90 decibels because they’re using the tech.

So, their conversation with their prospective donors is made possible through Irish clarity.

So, it’s a live example of the technology being used in a crazily loud environment.

I had the idea for a show we did in London last November.

It was a great success.

We got a lot of press and we’ve done it twice since and the the charity was happy to come back with more members of the staff to do the same thing.
