Osprey Logistics Park, a two-building industrial development in Coral Springs, has secured a pre-lease agreement with CTS Engines, a renowned global aerospace company.
The lease, facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield, will enable CTS Engines to fully occupy a new 216,317-square-foot industrial warehouse within the park. Construction of Osprey Logistics Park commenced in October 2022 and will encompass a total area of 427,515 square feet.
Upon its completion in late 2023, Osprey Logistics Park will provide CTS Engines with a new headquarters, as the company plans to relocate from its existing space in Fort Lauderdale to Building 2 within the park. The move will facilitate the expansion of CTS Engines’ operations and storage space throughout South Florida.
Building 2, located at 12000 NW 39th St., boasts a 36-foot clear height, 180-foot truck court, 235-foot building depth, R-19 insulated roof deck, an ESFR sprinkler system, and readily available office space.
“We are thrilled to have already achieved 50 percent occupancy before the completion of Osprey Logistics Park,” said Matthew G. McAllister, Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield. “The state-of-the-art warehouse facility continues to attract esteemed tenants like CTS Engines. The collaboration between Foundry Commercial, ARA, and the City of Coral Springs has been instrumental in the development process, and we anticipate reaching full occupancy by 2024.”
