Aciturri acquires GOAM to boost engine parts business

Aciturri Aeroengines, a Spanish aircraft engine components supplier integrated in Aciturri, has formalised the acquisition of GOAM Industrie, an engine components manufacturer located near Casablanca, Morocco.

The acquisition marks a new step forward in Aciturri’s internationalisation process and in its objective of increasing Aeroengines’ technological and industrial capabilities to serve the main aircraft engine manufacturers such as Safran, Rolls Royce, General Electric or Pratt & Whitney.

GOAM is a company specialised in high-precision blade machining for the main aircraft engine platforms (LEAP 1A/1B/1C and CFM56). The company was the first to set up more than ten years ago in MidParc, an industrial park focused on aeronautical production, where Aciturri customers such as Safran Nacelles and other aerospace companies such as Bombardier, Hexcel or Thales are also developing their activities.

The addition of GOAM and the recent acquisition of Malichaud Atlantique I November 2022 in France, provide Aeroengines with the technological and industrial resources necessary to increase the company’s capabilities and the knowledge and experience needed to broaden the portfolio of products and services that Aeroengines offers to the international market.

GOAM Industrie will adopt the Aciturri brand, and its services will be commercialised under the Aciturri Aeroengines brand.
