We are growing fast and looking to add a Client Relationship -Business Developement Manager to our small family-feel team.

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Client Relationship Manager to develop B2B/Trade sales opportunities for Sarza. You will love great design, provide exceptional customer service and have a proven ability to nurture and grow client relationships.

Area: Remote working environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong understanding of Sarza products and services and market position, to keep the business competitive

• Research and identify prospective new trade clients

• Outreach to potential clients to introduce them to Sarza and establish a relationship

• Present Sarza’s offering to prospective clients in person, over the phone and online, as required

• Nurture and develop strong relationships with existing clients, based on trust and respect

• Develop business-to-business sales opportunities for Sarza

• Visit clients, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities

• Proactively remain connected to clients to ensure our trade client base is engaged on a regular and effective basis

• Collaborate with colleagues at Sarza to facilitate sales and client needs

• Update and maintain a client database and CRM system

Qualifications required

• Minimum two (2) years’ B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in a luxury or high-end design environment

• Bachelor’s Degree – preferably

• Valid Government-issued ID

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently

• Excellent management and organization skills

• Ability to multitask
